Regarding Returns, Refunds, Layaways, Credits, and Exchanges

By purchasing merchandise on our website or physical store location, you acknowledge and accept that:

• we do not accept returns

• do not issue exchanges

• do not offer refunds or store credits


Additionally, regarding Layaways:

• layway payments apply to merchandise on layway, and cannot be transferred to another gown or item

• should you cancel your layway or stop making payments, you will lose your deposit and any money paid down

* * We try to accurately display every gown image(picture) shown in the Online Showroom and Online Catalog. However, please understand that we do not have access to all colors and styles of the gowns.

Many times we show the style of a gown in one color, but the actual color of the gown is the color listed. You hereby acknowledge that the gown you order and gown we ship is the one of the color listed, not necessarily the color shown in the picture. If this is not clear, or you need to verify a color please contact us.
